Hannah`s Prayer...
1.
And Hannah prayed and said, `My heart rejoices in YHWH, my horn has been high in YHWH. My mouth is opened wide over my enemies, for I have rejoiced in Your deliverance.
And Hannah prayed, and said, My heart rejoiceth in the LORD, mine horn is exalted in the LORD: my mouth is enlarged over mine enemies; because I rejoice in thy salvation.

'There is no one set-apart like YHWH, for there is no one besides You, and there is no rock like our Elohim.
[There is] none holy as the LORD: for [there is] none beside thee: neither [is there] any rock like our God.
3.
'Do not multiply words so proudly, proudly; let no arrogance come from your mouth, for YHWH is an El of knowledge, and by Him deeds are weighed.
Talk no more so exceeding proudly; let [not] arrogancy come out of your mouth: for the LORD [is] a God of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed.
4.
'Bows of the mighty are broken, and those who stumble shall be girded with strength.
The bows of the mighty men [are] broken, and they that stumbled are girded with strength.

'The satisfied have hired themselves out for bread, and the hungry have ceased. Even the barren has borne seven, and she who has many children pines away.
[They that were] full have hired out themselves for bread; and [they that were] hungry ceased: so that the barren hath born seven; and she that hath many children is waxed feeble.
6.
' YHWH puts to death and makes alive, He brings down to the grave and raises up.
The LORD killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up.
7.
' YHWH makes poor and makes rich, He brings low and lifts up.
The LORD maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up.
8.
'He raises the poor from the dust, He lifts the needy from the dunghill, to sit with princes, and make them inherit a throne of esteem. For the supports of the earth belong to YHWH, and He has set the world upon them.
He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, [and] lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set [them] among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth [are] the LORD'S, and he hath set the world upon them.
9.
'He guards the feet of His kind ones, but the wrong are silent in darkness, for man does not become mighty by power.
He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.
10.
'Those who oppose YHWH are shattered, from the heavens He thunders against them. YHWH judges the ends of the earth, and gives strength to His sovereign, and exalts the horn of His anointed.'
The adversaries of the LORD shall be broken to pieces; out of heaven shall he thunder upon them: the LORD shall judge the ends of the earth; and he shall give strength unto his king, and exalt the horn of his anointed.

And the ruling of the priests with the people was that when any man offered a slaughtering, the priest's servant shall come with a three-pronged flesh-hook in his hand while the meat was cookling,
And the priests' custom with the people [was, that], when any man offered sacrifice, the priest's servant came, while the flesh was in seething, with a fleshhook of three teeth in his hand;
14.
and shall thrust it into the basin, or kettle, or cauldron, or pot. And the priest would take for himself all that the flesh-hook brought up. Thus they did in Shiloh to all the Yisra'elites who came there.
And he struck [it] into the pan, or kettle, or caldron, or pot; all that the fleshhook brought up the priest took for himself. So they did in Shiloh unto all the Israelites that came thither.
15.
Also, before they burned the fat, the priest's servant would come and say to the man who slaughtered, 'Give meat for roasting to the priest, for he does not accept cooked meat from you, but raw.'
Also before they burnt the fat, the priest's servant came, and said to the man that sacrificed, Give flesh to roast for the priest; for he will not have sodden flesh of thee, but raw.
16.
And if the man said to him, 'Let the fat be burned up first, then take as much as your being desires,' he would then answer him, 'No, but give it to me now. And if not, I shall take it by strength.'
And [if] any man said unto him, Let them not fail to burn the fat presently, and [then] take [as much] as thy soul desireth; then he would answer him, [Nay]; but thou shalt give [it me] now: and if not, I will take [it] by force.
17.
And the sin of the young men was very great before YHWH, for the men despised the offering of YHWH.
Wherefore the sin of the young men was very great before the LORD: for men abhorred the offering of the LORD.
18.
But Shemu'el was attending before YHWH - a youth, wearing a linen shoulder garment.

Moreover his mother made him a little coat, and brought [it] to him from year to year, when she came up with her husband to offer the yearly sacrifice.
20.
And Eli blessed Elqanah and his wife, and said, ' YHWH give you offspring from this woman for the one she prayed for and gave to YHWH.' Then they would go to their own home.
And Eli blessed Elkanah and his wife, and said, The LORD give thee seed of this woman for the loan which is lent to the LORD. And they went unto their own home.
21.
And YHWH visited Hannah, so that she conceived and bore three sons and two daughters, while the young Shemu'el grew before YHWH.

And Eli was very old, and had heard all that his sons were doing to all Yisra'el, and how they lay with the women who were assembling at the door of the Tent of Meeting.

23.
And he said to them, 'Why do you do deeds like these? For I hear of your evil deeds from all the people.
And he said unto them, Why do ye such things? for I hear of your evil dealings by all this people.
24.
'No, my sons! For it is not a good report that I hear: making the people of YHWH transgress.
Nay, my sons; for [it is] no good report that I hear: ye make the LORD'S people to transgress.
25.
'If one man sins against another, Elohim shall judge him. But if a man sins against YHWH, who shall pray for him?' But they did not listen to the voice of their father, though YHWH was pleased to put them to death.
If one man sin against another, the judge shall judge him: but if a man sin against the LORD, who shall intreat for him? Notwithstanding they hearkened not unto the voice of their father, because the LORD would slay them.
26.
And the young Shemu'el was growing in stature, and was in favour with YHWH and also with men.

Prophecy Against the House of Eli...
27.
And a man of Elohim came to Eli and said to him, `Thus said YHWH, `Did I not clearly reveal Myself to the house of your father when they were in Mitsrayim in Pharaoh`s house,
And there came a man of God unto Eli, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Did I plainly appear unto the house of thy father, when they were in Egypt in Pharaoh's house?
28.
even to choose him out of all the tribes of Yisra'el to be My priest, to offer upon My altar, to burn incense, and to wear a shoulder garment before Me? And did I not give to the house of your father all the offerings of the children of Yisra'el made by fire?
And did I choose him out of all the tribes of Israel [to be] my priest, to offer upon mine altar, to burn incense, to wear an ephod before me? and did I give unto the house of thy father all the offerings made by fire of the children of Israel?
29.
'Why do you kick at My slaughtering and My offering which I have commanded in My Dwelling Place, and esteem your sons above Me, to make yourselves fat with the best of all the offerings of Yisra'el My people?'
Wherefore kick ye at my sacrifice and at mine offering, which I have commanded [in my] habitation; and honourest thy sons above me, to make yourselves fat with the chiefest of all the offerings of Israel my people?
30.
'Therefore YHWH Elohim of Yisra'el declares, 'I said indeed that your house and the house of your father would walk before Me forever.' But now YHWH declares, 'Far be it from Me, for those who highly esteem Me I highly esteem, and those who despise Me are lightly esteemed.
Wherefore the LORD God of Israel saith, I said indeed [that] thy house, and the house of thy father, should walk before me for ever: but now the LORD saith, Be it far from me; for them that honour me I will honour, and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed.
31.
'See, the days are coming that I shall cut off your arm and the arm of your father's house, so that an old man shall not be found in your house.
Behold, the days come, that I will cut off thine arm, and the arm of thy father's house, that there shall not be an old man in thine house.
32.
'And you shall see an enemy in My Dwelling Place, despite all the good which Elohim does for Yisra'el, and there shall not be an old man in your house forever.
And thou shalt see an enemy [in my] habitation, in all [the wealth] which [God] shall give Israel: and there shall not be an old man in thine house for ever.
33.
'But any of your men whom I do not cut off from My altar is to consume your eyes and grieve your life, and all the increase of your house die as men.
And the man of thine, [whom] I shall not cut off from mine altar, [shall be] to consume thine eyes, and to grieve thine heart: and all the increase of thine house shall die in the flower of their age.
34.
'And this is the sign to you that comes upon your two sons, upon Hophni and Pinehas: in one day they are going to die, both of them.
And this [shall be] a sign unto thee, that shall come upon thy two sons, on Hophni and Phinehas; in one day they shall die both of them.
35.
'And I shall raise up for Myself a trustworthy priest who does according to what is in My heart and in My being. And I shall build him a steadfast house, and he shall walk before My anointed forever.
And I will raise me up a faithful priest, [that] shall do according to [that] which [is] in mine heart and in my mind: and I will build him a sure house; and he shall walk before mine anointed for ever.
36.
'And it shall be that everyone who is left in your house shall come and bow down to him for a piece of silver and a cake of bread, and say, 'Please, put me in one of the priestly positions to eat a piece of bread.'''
And it shall come to pass, [that] every one that is left in thine house shall come [and] crouch to him for a piece of silver and a morsel of bread, and shall say, Put me, I pray thee, into one of the priests' offices, that I may eat a piece of bread.
