1.	And Dawid and the commanders of the army separated for the service some of the sons of Asaph, and of Heman, and of Yeduthun, who should prophesy with lyres, with harps, and with cymbals. And the number of the workmen according to their service was:
2.	Of the sons of Asaph: Zakkur, and Yoseph, and Nethanyah, and Ashar'elah, the sons of Asaph at the hands of Asaph, who prophesied at the hands of the sovereign.
3.	Of Yeduthun, the sons of Yeduthun: Gedalyahu, and Tseri, and Yeshayahu, Hashabyahu, and Mattithyahu, six, under the hands of their father Yeduthun, who prophesied with a lyre to give thanks and to praise YHWH.
4.	Of Heman, the sons of Heman: Buqqiyahu, Mattanyahu, Uzzi'el, Shebu'el, and Yerimoth, Hananyah, Hanani, Eliyathah, Giddalti, and Romamti-Ezer, Yoshbeqashah, Mallothi, Hothir, Mahaziyoth.
5.	All these were the sons of Heman the sovereign's seer in the words of Elohim, to exalt his horn. For Elohim gave Heman fourteen sons and three daughters.
6.	All these were at the hands of their father for song in the House of YHWH, with cymbals, harps and lyres, for the service of the House of Elohim: Asaph, Yeduthun, and Heman, at the hands of the sovereign.
7.	And the number of them, with their brothers who were taught in the songs of YHWH, all who were skilled, was two hundred and eighty-eight.
8.	And they cast lots for their duty, the small as well as the great, the teacher with the student.
9.	And the first lot for Asaph came forth for Yoseph; Gedalyahu the second, he, and his brothers and sons, twelve;
10.	the third Zakkur, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
11.	the fourth Yitsri, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
12.	the fifth Nethanyahu, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
13.	the sixth Buqqiyahu, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
14.	the seventh Yesar'elah, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
15.	the eighth Yeshayahu, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
16.	the ninth Mattanyahu, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
17.	the tenth Shim'i, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
18.	the eleventh Azar'el, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
19.	the twelfth Hashabyah, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
20.	the thirteenth Shuba'el, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
21.	the fourteenth Mattithyahu, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
22.	the fifteenth Yeremoth, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
23.	the sixteenth Hananyahu, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
24.	the seventeenth Yoshbeqashah, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
25.	the eighteenth Hanani, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
26.	the nineteenth Mallothi, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
27.	the twentieth Eliyathah, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
28.	the twenty-first Hothir, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
29.	the twenty-second Giddalti, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
30.	the twenty-third Mahaziyoth, his sons and his brothers, twelve;
31.	the twenty-fourth Romamti-Ezer, his sons and his brothers, twelve.
